Pokémon USA Title

Pokémon USA was something of a pet project of mine done during the early days of PA!. The premise was simple; since Kanto/Johto Pokémon are apparently from Japan, what would Pokémon from America look like? During the summer of 1999 I worked on a few ideas, while two brothers, Terry and Brian Tibke, put in their two cents as well. What was created was a set of 150 new Pokémon, 100% original and not based off the original Pokémon series, as well as a number of new characters and Gym leaders based on locations in the US. Heh.

Hopefully if I'm bored enough, I'll ressurect this idea and maybe create 100 new Pokémon (there's plenty of type combinations out there that have never been touched, like Fire/Ice or Water/Metal). ... In the mean time, check out some of the stuff created for this fun little series. :D

Idealy, FakeCard.com looks best at 1024 X 786 and at millions (16.7 million) of colors, but it looks decent at 800 x 600 and at thousands (65,536) of colors. Any less and it starts to look crappy.
